The way we have organized our quality assurance is IFS certified.
The International Food Standard, often referred to as IFS or IFS Food for short, is a food safety standard drawn up by HDE, the German trade association of food distributors. The standard is also referred to as the International Featured Standard – Food.
Stichting SKAL is the designated control authority for organic food production in the Netherlands. SKAL monitors the compliance of organic produce with relevant legislation. Only producers awarded SKAL certification are permitted to market organic produce. Westland Mushrooms is IFS and SKAL certified.
